Kitchen planning
An oven and a separate built-in microwave take up two niches and over 90 centimetres of height in the tall unit. The AOE-1472BMW does both in a single 60-centimetre niche. The freed-up space is a whole cabinet — in a new fitted kitchen that is a line in the budget, and when replacing you do not need to rebuild the tall unit.

A built-in microwave above an oven eats up over 90 centimetres of the tall unit. Two installations, two power outlets, two warranties.
The AOE-1472BMW does both in a 60-centimetre niche. The space above and below it stays free for a cabinet with trays and dishes.
How it works
The microwaves are not a side add-on — they work together with the heating elements and the fan in four different combinations.

Four combined modes
The microwaves work together with the 3D hot air, the turbo grill or the pizza function. They heat the dish from the inside while the heating elements work on the surface — the meat stays juicy and the crust browns.

A full tray in the microwave
The floor is flat — 48 by 42 centimetres of free surface. There is no glass turntable to limit the dish. A tray of moussaka or a tray of banitsa reheats whole.

Five positions to choose the height
Five shelf positions in a 72-litre cavity — you choose the height to suit the dish rather than settling for one fixed level. With 3D hot air you can bake on two levels at once. The side racks lift out whole for cleaning.

The two functions others leave out
The pizza mode runs the bottom heater for a crisp base and the fan for an even top. The proving function holds a low, constant temperature — for banitsa, kozunak and homemade bread.
Combined cooking
In a classic oven the heat comes from the outside and travels to the centre — that is why a large piece of meat needs an hour and a half. The microwaves heat the entire mass directly. Combined, the two work from both sides at once: the centre warms from within while the surface browns on top. The microwaves can be added to three of the oven modes.
A 480 by 420 millimetre flat floor
Every ordinary built-in microwave has a glass turntable on the floor. It limits the dish size to its own diameter and does not allow a rectangular tray. Here the floor is flat and whole — the microwave mode works over the same area on which you bake.
Full list
Nine for baking, four microwave and two extra. A temperature range from 30 to 250 degrees.
Installation
A standard 60-centimetre niche. The appliance is standalone — it does not require a specific hob and can be installed both in a tall unit and under a worktop.
The niche depth is 570 mm. Check it before cutting — with a shallower niche the appliance does not go all the way in and the door will not close.

Warranty and certificates
The appliance is certified to CB, GS and EMC. GS is the German mark of tested safety — testing by an independent body on the finished product, not just on the documentation.
Ovens with a microwave function fall outside the scope of the oven energy-labelling regulation, which is why no energy class is declared for this appliance.
